About these terms
These terms apply to every purchase from poolboy.co.nz. Poolboy is a brand of Design Concepts NZ Ltd, 72 Barrys Point Road, Takapuna, Auckland 0622, New Zealand. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Prices and payment
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Delivery within New Zealand is free. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Payment is taken when you order.
Products and pictures
We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Dimensions are approximate. If we get something wrong on the site, we will tell you before your order ships and you can cancel for a full refund.
Orders and availability
Your order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation. If a product turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will let you know and refund you in full.
Delivery
Delivery times and details are set out in our shipping policy.
Change of mind returns
You can return any product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. It must be in its original condition and packaging. Call us first on 0800 468 836 so we can arrange it. Return freight is at your cost, and the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. Refunds are made to your original payment method once we receive the item. Specially ordered colours or branding can only be returned if you cover the freight costs involved.
Faulty or damaged goods
If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, let us know as soon as you notice. We will repair or replace it, or refund you where that is not possible, and we cover the return freight.
Warranty
Every Poolboy carries a 12 month warranty, excluding punctures and normal wear and tear. Full terms are on our warranty page at poolboy.co.nz/pages/warranty.
Safety
Poolboy floats are lifestyle products for relaxing on. They are not lifesaving flotation devices and must never be used as one. Children must be supervised at all times in and around water.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under New Zealand consumer law.
