Poolboy Shop Guarantee

• Poolboy is a Brand Name and division of Design Concepts NZ Ltd.
• We at Design Concepts / Poolboy do offer a full Money back 3 year fade warranty, excluding torn fabric (and excluding return freight costs).
• Money will only be refunded once we receive the item being returned back.
• Contact must also be made within 7 days or receiving the product if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason due to a damage or faulty goods issue.
• Any items specially ordered in for a customer can not be returned, unless they are willing to forfeit any freight costs incurred.
• We do have the right to replace parts at our cost if anything seems to be missing from your order or a small part is damaged and can be replaced.
• If it is evident that there has been intentional damage, accidental damage, abuse or negligence in any way on your part then please contact us as we will not replace the item for free, but as an existing customer we will try and help with a reduced cost of replacement.
• Disclaimer - We at Design Concepts / Poolboy do not hold any responsibility for any damage caused to property or person due to the use of these products.
  
• Manufacturers installation instructions and guidelines must be strictly adhered to or warranty could be void. Manufacturers warranties will apply dependant on the product purchased.
