Refund policy

Change of mind
Return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its
original condition and packaging. Call us first on 0800 468 836 so we can arrange it.

Return freight is at your cost, the original delivery charge is not refunded, and the
item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. Refunds are made to your original
payment method once we receive the item. Specially ordered colours or branding can only
be returned if you cover the freight costs involved.

Faulty or damaged goods
Let us know as soon as you notice. We will repair or replace it, or refund you where that
is not possible, and we cover the return freight. Every Poolboy carries a 12 month
warranty, excluding punctures and normal wear and tear. Full terms are on our warranty page.

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act apply at all times and nothing here limits them.
