Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to addresses anywhere in New Zealand, including rural addresses. We do not currently ship outside New Zealand.

Cost

Delivery is free on every order within New Zealand.

How long it takes

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day usually leave the same day. Delivery takes two to four working days nationwide. Rural addresses can take longer. From September to January is our peak season, so allow a little extra time and order early if you want it for the first swim.

How it arrives

Every Poolboy ships flat in a single box, under ten kilos, with the pump and a repair kit included. There is nothing to assemble.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and let us know as soon as you notice, on 0800 468 836 or at poolboycollective@gmail.com. We will replace it or refund you, and cover the freight.

Returns

Returns are covered in our refund policy. In short: 30 days, original condition and packaging, return freight at your cost unless the product is faulty.
